Collective Contractors completed the full civil package for 8 lots comprising 45 townhouses in Favona for our regular and valued client Atlas Property. These brick townhouses showcases how traditional building methods and design has an evergreen strength and appeal. These homes are designed to look as good new as they will be after 20 years - all with minimal maintenance. Once completed the decorative stamped concrete driveway became a prominent feature, adding a finishing trim to a solid final product.

After completing the sub slab work Collective Contractors handed over to Chancellor Construction, our vertical construction partner.
